Photoshop elements 15 adjust afiacl feature not appearing

I am using photoshop elements 15 on Windows.   I have my photo up on the screen but when I click "adjust facial features", the photo disappears and it goes to a red screen with a black circle  assumably where the face would be.  Every other enhancment seems to be working.

    Sorry that the adjust Facial feature is not working in Photoshop Elements 15.
