Photoshop Elements 15 compatibility with Windows 11

mine worked on my hp laptop at first, then noticed that I cannnot print any of my work from the software.  Uselsss for me as I can't open a file in elements 15 and print out from there, and all my already saved files automatically open in elements 15.    When I went to windows 10, the update automatically deleted my adobe program and  I had to buy new software, hence the abobe elements 15.  I'm getting tired of this.  The program is still there but just can't print from it.  There should be a fix for this or at least a free upgrade.
