Photoshop Elements 15 crashes when using 'create'

Hello, Im using photoshop elements 15.

Im using it for around a year now, and sinds the last update it crashes when im using te create option (for fotobooks, cards etc.) It gives no error. The program just totaly stops. Nothing els. Can someone please help?

An faq has recently been added to deal with that problem after the latest Windows 10 (1803) update:

Photoshop Elements

Error: An integer between 50 and 8 is required | Elements | Windows 10
