Photoshop Elements 15 crashing on High Sierra

Opens ok. As soon as try to drag an image onto another, it crashes.

Any suggestions? Have deleted and reinstalled, same problem every time.

    Can you please  try clearing your preferences once.

    To do so, keep Cmd + Shift + Option keys pressed while launching Editor.

    A dialog will pop up asking to delete settings file, say Yes.

    Let us know if issue still persists.

    I"ve still got the same problem even after doing the above

    . I have it on my Element 15 and Lightroom 4, both of which are 64-bit compatible . I trashed my element 10 since that was only 32-bit.

    Please help.

    I recently upgraded to High Sierra, installed 16GB memory, dumping files to increase room but I don't think that is the problem anymore.
