Photoshop Elements 15 fails to start

I'm an old user of PE 10, and I need to evaluate the new version.

I've downloaded and installed without problems, but the program fails to start. I tried to use the CrashFixUtility from adobe.it, but it is not an exe file and I can't launch it. Could someone help me?

    Reading more I've found solution.

    I've found out an "hidding" WEB COMPANION and after his uninstallation the program works perfectly.

    It would be helpful if you can submit the Event Viewer logs for the crash you are seeing.
