? Photoshop Elements 15 - In full screen captions are displayed in the center of the screen, on top of the photo. How do you change the position of the caption, i.e. move it to the top or bottom of the screen?

Unfortunately, you can't move the caption location. You can move the tool bar within the image borders... You have the option not to show the caption from the tool bar (cogwheel icon).

If you only want to check a caption without leaving the full view, you click on the tool bar ('i' icon) to display the information panel on a given image.

Is it still true that you can not move the captions in Full Screen view in Elements 2020?

RE - caption position - When I say the caption is on top of the photo, I mean it is displayed across the middle of the image, obscuring the part it is covering.  I would like the caption to be at the bottom or top of the photo, not in the middle
