Photoshop Elements 15 - Increase menu fonts and icons

The menu fonts and icons in PSE 15 are TINY. I have very good vision but it is seriously straining my eyes to use these TEENY fonts/icons. I am hoping someone knows how to adjust the font/icon to a normal size without a major fix at the OS level so that I can use the software. Thanks in advance,

If your using windows, in the pse 15 editor, you can go to Edit>Preferences>Display & Cursors and set the UI Scale Factor to Large-200% and then restart pse 15.
