Photoshop Elements 15 Not Opening
My copy of Photoshop Elements 15 will no longer open. It was working fine last week but I have not been able to open it since. I have tried uninstalling not only PSE15 but every other adobe application and reinstalled them, did not work. I have been looking everywhere for a solution but I have yet to find one that works for me. I do not have Web Companion installed and my ProgramData files are all correct. Below is a link to a screen capture of what it looks like on my end when I try to open PSE15. As you can see at the end of the video, PSE15 is running in the background when I open task manager. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
