Photoshop Elements 15 [Unable to install]

I have

533GB of available hard-disk space.

First time I have installed Photoshop Elements and also Premiere Elements with no problem, but creative cloud just stopped working. There was written, that I have to reinstalled creative cloud. So I have reinstalled and also I have installed nick collection from google and Elements and Premiere just stopped working. So I have unistalled Elements and Premiere and I wanted installed it again, but installation finishing and there is just written installation failed.

When I click on "souhrn chyb" I just see this:

So I really do not know what shall I do.
