Photoshop Elements 15 [We are still processing your order]

I've had PS Elements 12 on my Dell computer and have now bought a MacBook Pro. I just upgraded to the Photoshop Elements 15 on my Mac and this is the message I get. Does this mean I can't open up Photoshop until the 24 hours is passed? I'm not proficient at this so please give me some mercy.
