Photoshop Elements 15 worked one time, now won't start

I downloaded and installed Photoshop Elements 15, I used it the first day I installed it, now when I double click on the icon something labeled Adobe momentarily displays in the task manager, but quickly goes away. No dialogue window ever appears and there is no type of error message.  I'm using an updated version of Windows 7 Professional

    Hi Jobey,

    Please launch the PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe from the following location :

    C:\Program Files\ADOBE\Photoshop Elements 15\

    And let us know if it launches successfully or throws any error.
