Photoshop Elements 18?

I bought photoshop elements from Amazon and was not told it needs a 64 bit system, mine is only 32 and so it will not run and I cannot get a rebate from Amazon

What can I do if anything?

    That is correct if you have opened the packaging or bought a digital download.

    What can I do if anything?

    Either buy a 64 bit computer so you can use the software or re-sell the software to someone else.
