Photoshop elements 18 crashes when saving

I just got photoshop elements 18 on Windows 10. Whenever I try to save an image, the program crashes. I have rebooted several times. I have tried saving the internal and external drives. I've tried save and save as. No matter what I do, I cannot save a file. The program always crashes. What do I need to do to fix this so I can actually use the program I paid for?

If you're just upgraded to Windows 10 1803 then something changed about how memory is reported, but there is a regedit workaround, so you might try that:
