Photoshop Elements 18 import issue

Hi. Just upgraded to Elements 18 cause Elements 14 stopped importing. Still getting the same error. Here are screen shots.

First it recognizes my phone and all my pics..

But then does this and closes when I hit "get media"

Appreciate any assistance.
