Photoshop Elements 19

I just upgraded from Photoshop Elements 10 to Elements 19. I added all my purchased actions to Photoshop Elements 19, but the thumbnails don't show up. This makes it very hard to navigate my actions. Is there a way to install the actions so I can see the thumbnails?
