Photoshop Elements 19 wird nicht installiert

Hallo,

nach Poblemen mit meinem Photoshop Element 19 habe ich es deinstalliert.

Nach neu laden von der Adobe Seite startet das Installationsprogram, nach ca 5 Sekunden blauen Kreiseln bleibt weißes Fenster stehen und es geht nicht weiter.

Pc neu gestartet kein erfolg.

Das deinstallations Programm von Adobe durchgeführt ohne Erfolg.

Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?

Ich habe das gleiche Problem: Download der Exe-Datei, Fenster, blauer Kreisel, weißes Fenster, nichts geht weiter.

Lösung: Silent install:
* Eingabeaufforderung mit Administratorrechten öffnen
* Ins Verzeichnis der Installations-Exe-Datei wechseln
* Diese aufrufen mit PhotoshopElements_2019_LS30_win64.exe --silent
Und dann etliche Minuten warten (in der Eingabeaufforderung erscheint der Prozentsatz der Installation).
