I am having problems downloading Photoshop Elements 2018; Adobe website only goes to Elements 15!  Can anyone assist this old lady??

      You can copy the CD to a thumb drive on another computer with a CD drive, then install on your laptop via USB.

      I purchased Adobe Elements 18 - it was downloaded from a Staples website.  I had no problems with the download or installation, however when I go to cut a disk I get the following error: Invalid disk name.  It will not burn even if I change the name.  I can create and and save as an AVI and actually burn the disk using another program that will create DVD's..  I am running Win 10 professional with a clean install. 

      Has anyone else had this problem, if so what was your solution?

      I have reinstalled the program 4 times, updated it each time, this is not the solution.  Both Adobe and Staples are working on this problem.  I am hoping a solution will be found soon.

      How long does it take to get access to my order? Apparently they are still processing a week later. Not good enough1

      Photoshop elements 15 is the current version, but photoshop elements 16 is due out soon probably this month some time.

      There is no Photoshop Elements 2018.

      There is photoshop cc 2017 that's due for an new version pretty soon and maybe that will be called photoshop cc 2018.
