Photoshop elements 2018 and smug mug

Hi, I am in the UK on a Mac and want to share my photos directly to my smug mug account. I have already tried changing my location to the US as per previous advice for photoshop elements 16. What do I need to do now as it seems this no longer makes it available as an option.
