Photoshop Elements 2018 crashed when importing or backing up for me

Hello,

My Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018 will crash when:

1) I import additional photos.

2) I try to save a backup of the catalog. When I click the browse button to select the file destination to save, it crashes.

If I uninstall and then re-install will I have to re-name all of my faces to names?

Any advice / what to do?

I am in Windows 7 SP 1.

That a good question I will get back to you on the video files, there should be video files but I didn’t see them.

What is EO ?
