Photoshop Elements 2018 download "PC problem..."

Greetings, whilst downloading the following "blue screen" appeared with message "PC ran into a probelm" / System Service Exception / wcifs.sys

The download is incomplete, payment when off.

The download link I provided will not be valid for a purchase from the Windows store. Microsoft delivers the product as a contents package; so you will need to uninstall and then download again from your purchases. Alternatively ask Microsoft for a refund and purchase directly from Adobe.

Hi,

There appears to be a problem when the PC is using Avast antivirus software. If you are using Avast, suggest you disable it temporarily.

Many thanks, got the download to a point - now seeking the product code.... I bought it online from the Microsoft Store, now I can't seem to find the code. Any suggestions?
