Photoshop Elements 2018 download problems?

I've just purchased Photoshop Elements 2018 [24/12/2017] and I've received confirmation email with links to download to my new MacBook Air.

When I follow the link to the Serial Number and try to download I receive the following message :

Does anyone know why this should be happening?

Help appreciated because I want to start using the product asap,
