Photoshop Elements 2018 in an Educational Lab?

I work for a community college and recently one of our departments purchased 12 seats of Photoshop Elements 2018 for use in a computer lab.  I've tested the install, and of course it demands an Adobe ID.  Will I  need a separate ID for each seat even though they share the same serial or can I create one generic ID for them all? I'm not able to set students up with their own specific IDs, nor will they be expected to do so themselves.
