Wieso unterstützt Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018 keine m4v-Bolddateien vom iPhone?

Wieso kann man den Support dazu nicht kontaktieren?.

Warum gibt es nirgendwo einen Hinweis, das die Bildbearbeitung das Format vom iPhone nicht unterstützt?

    Do you have Photoshop Elements & Premiere Elements? The files are supported in the video editor Premiere Elements.
