Photoshop elements 2018 plug-in folder

Does anybody know where the plug-in folder for Elements 2018 is in Windows 7, 64 bit, Home premium?  I've looked in every elements folder listed in Windows explorer and I can't find it, despite the fact that I know I have a plug-in for Print Shop Studio installed for elements 2018.

Thanks for the suggestion,  Michel, but I cannot locate any such folder.  I had searched for it already before I posted my question.  I just now used the search feature within the Start menu of Windows, and it also comes up with no results.  Anybody else have an idea?

    Use the Windows Explorer.

In the opening scree, menu 'File' look at the option bar on the top and be sure that 'hidden elements' is ticked.

Navigate to Adobe folder in the Programs folder and unfold the 'Photoshop Elements 15' subfolder. The Plug-ins subfolders should be visible.
