Photoshop elements 2019

I installed PSElements from a purchased CD at Best Buy.  I have been using it for a month. Now when I go to launch a window comes up that says "Adobe photoshop elements 2019.exe - No Disk" "there is no disk in the drive.  Please insert a disk into drive\Device\harddisk2\DR2."

I click the Cancel Try Again Continue buttons and it keeps popping back in

The CD for PSElements windows is in the drive

I tried reinstalling it.

same thing

If anyone could speak to this I would appreciate it.

    If you have been using it, the software must already be installed. Remove the disk.

    Navigate to:

    C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2019

    Scroll down to the files beginning with P and find PhotoshopElementsEditor (the application)

    Double-click on PhotoshopElementsEditor to launch.
