Photoshop Elements 2019 can not receive edited images from Photoshop Lightroom CC (6).

Answer by Lightroom: the file could not be edited because Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor could not be started. If Note: O.k. is clicked, then Elements 2019 opens with the desired image file.

A transfer from Lightroom to Elements is with me only as a copy or in the original possible not with the edited image file of Lightroom.

An error in Lightroom is not recognizable.
