Photoshop Elements 2019 Mac App Store Availability?

Does anyone know if/when Photoshop Elements 2019 is expected to be available in the Mac App Store?

The builds are generally available in the month of November, so PSE 2019 should be available soon as well, but not sure about the dates.

Once the builds are available, I would add a reply here again and let you know.
