Photoshop elements 2019&Premiere Elements 2019 redeem code converting too serial code keep getting error message

i have just got the adobe elements photoshop2019

and came with redemption card - have tried too redeem the serial number but keep getting a non valid code message

the software download card has not been used before - and cant find where or how too get the serial code

I had the same problem...

The fix took almost an hour. It is the only fix.

I got on the chat line with customer service. I described my issue. They know exactly what the issues are.

They redeem your code administratively. They obtain the serial numbers. They send them to you via the email associated with your adobe account. Copy and paste the serial numbers into the license your product screen and done.

It was about 10 minutes in between each text. I am sure they are dealing with 10 people simultaneously. Be patient and they will fix it.

My issue was with Photoshop/ Premier 2019 Elements. Fixed now. All in all, minus the time it took, it was a good experience.

it came with the software download card - i scratched off too reveal the redemption code too access the serial code

it refers me too visit www.adobe.com/go/getserial

and get a 404 error then re directs too Adobe Australia: Creative, marketing and document management solutions
