photoshop elements 2019 [Unable to open Editor or Organiser]

Hello,

Could you please confirm if you're using Photoshop Elements 2019 on a Windows or a Mac system?

If you're using a Windows system, please navigate to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2019 and try double-clicking on the PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe to launch the Editor. For launching the Organizer, please navigate to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Elements 2019 Organizer and try double-clicking on the PhotoshopElementsOrganizer.exe.

If you're using a Mac system, please navigate to Applications > Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 > Support Files and double-click on Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor to launch the Editor. For launching the Elements Organizer, please navigate to Applications and double-click on Adobe Elements 2019 Organizer.
