Photoshop Elements 2019 (Windows Store) and Camera Raw 11.1

I recently purchased a Nikon Z6 and saw that Adobe Camera Raw 11.1 supports the Nikon Z6. I just purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 from the Windows Store and have it installed but it will not recognize the .NEF files from the Nikon Z6... I looked in about and see Camera RAW is at 10.4... I downloaded the manual 11.1 installer and have installed 11.1 but it still only shows 10.4 in Adobe PS Elements 2019.... How do I update PSE2019 to Camera Raw 11.1???

PS: Adobe's support site is terrible - no chat option for a product I just shelled out $100 on, claiming it works with the Z6, come to find out it does but doesn't all the same time...
