Photoshop Elements 2020

Question

Grossvater in Not: Habe jahrelang mit PS Element 10 gearbeitet und bin dann auf Elements 2020 umgestiegen und damit gearbeitet. Jetzt am neuen PC kann ich nur mehr auf die alte Variante zurückgreifen, die neue ist verschwunden!?!? Übergangshalber habe ich jetzt noch ein paar Tage die Testversion im Einsatz.

Wo kann/muss ich ansetzen, damit das Werkl wieder läuft??

Bitte antwortet mir nicht mit zu vielen technischen Begriffen.

It's not clear why Elements 2020 disappeared from your new computer. Did you actually install it on the new computer or simply copy some files from your old computer?

If you have the serial number for Elements 2020, you can download and install it from this link.

If you have lost your serial number, you can click this link and it will take you to your Adobe.com account where you can find the serial number. (You may have to sign into your Adobe account after clicking the link.) You will also find a link to download the program in the same place.

If you need more help to install the program, I suggest you contact Elements support. If you are willing, they can take control of your computer and install the program remotely. You can start a chat session by clicking on the blue Contact Us button under the Support menu at Adobe.com. Or you can contact Support by telephone using the numbers listed here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. In Europe, the support is only open during business hours. But that should not be a problem for a grandfather. 😉
