At the end of last year d.d. 23-12-2020 we purchased "Photoshop Elements 2020" Link removed by Moderator
We now get the following message:
"This Adobe product uses a license that expires on August 31, 2021"
The question for you now is: 'How can we solve this problem'?

Is this an educational license?

Where did you purchase it from?

Elements 2021 was released in October, so I assume you did not purchase it from Adobe. If that is the case, I suggest you contact your merchant. You may have been scammed.
