Photoshop Elements 2020 Editor not loading

Hi,

Elements refusing to load 3 or 4 times, tries for 40 seconds then "Application not responding". I'm on latest Catalina and have been for 4 weeks with no issues. Was away for a week and there was a power cut and there were automatic updates (unsure what) at the same time. Organiser loaded new images ok

Never had this before? I've switched off power and restarted, no joy
