Photoshop Elements 2020 Editor won't open

Hello, I have Adobe Photoshop Element 2020,, the Editor will not open, Smart Fix but not Editor for options- Quick, Expert.

Sorry that Photoshop Elements 2020 Editor does not open as expected.
