Photoshop Elements 2020 for Mac — no DVD, I have a valid serial number

I own a valid license for Adobe Photoshop Elements 2020 for Mac and have my original 24-digit serial number. I do not have the DVD, and Adobe's current download page only offers newer versions.

Could Adobe provide an official download link for the original Photoshop Elements 2020 Mac installer, or advise me on another way to reinstall my purchased software?

I would prefer not to purchase the software again.

Thank you.
