Photoshop Elements 2020 funktioniert nicht mehr (Mac)

Hallo, ich habe mir letzte Woche Photoshop Elements 2020 für Mac heruntergeladen. Bis heute funktionierte auch alles problemlos. Als ich nun vorhin versucht habe den Editor zu öffnen, passierte nun leider aber nichts mehr. Das Programm hat weder angefangen zu laden, noch öffnete sich irgendein Fenster. 

Ich habe dann meinen Mac neugestartet, hatte dann aber immer noch das gleiche Probem. Da ich bisher kein passende Lösung im Internet finden konnte, habe ich das Programm deinstalliert und wieder installiert. Leider auch ohne Erfolg - das Programm lädt bzw. öffnete sich immer noch nicht.

Hat zufällig jemand das Problem schon mal gehabt und kann mir weiterhelfen. Ich würde mich freuen!

Please try to reset the preferences by removing the files related to Photoshop Elements mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/preference-file-locations-photoshop-elements.html#main_Macintosh

Please move the files to the desktop or a different location or rename them instead of deleting them and then launch Photoshop Elenents to check if it helps.
