Photoshop Elements 2020 is giving me a license expiring message??

I upgraded from 18 last year to 2020. Why would the license expire? Can I fix this?

Are you seeing the screen shown in my post in this thread? If so, simply click on the License this software button and enter your serial number.

Unfortunately, that's not the box that comes up. I'll capture it the next time I see it as it doesn't appear every time I start the program.
