I had a approved licensed copy of photoshop Elements 2020 purchased through adobe but now it's disappeared from my Laptop why did Adobe remove it? I have a shortcut that works

If you have a shortcut that works, what has disappeared from your laptop? Adobe has done nothing to remove it.
