Photoshop elements 2020 photo editor won't load MacOS Catalina 10.15.3

Hello,

I installed photoshop elements 2020 because the old one that I had wasn't working anymore after I updated to Catalina. The installation went good, but it won't load the photo editoe. I really need to be working on it. Can someone help me?
