When I go to open the app, I get a window that is all-white and nothing happens.

It simply will not load.

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop Elements 2020. The application version you're using (Photoshop Elements 2020) is not compatible with macOS Big Sur. Only Photoshop Elements 2021 is compatible with macOS Big Sur. Please check: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/macos-big-sur.html
