Photoshop elements 2020 won't open.

I have a new iMac 24" 2021. Photoshop was working fne on it for the first week, now it suddley won't open. It's photoshop 2020

I'm not very technical, so need simple instructions please

I have just uninstalled my elements 2019 and I can't fine how to reinstall it anywhere. I hope I haven't lost it. How do I just reinstall it with my existing seriel number?
