Photoshop Elements 2021

I bought the elements premiere 2021 bundle. Everything worked until I wanted to restart the next day. My Photoshop elements no longer start up. The rest is. So there is something wrong with that part of the software. How can I fix this?

Hello, 

 

Could you please confirm what exactly happens when you try to launch the Editor? Do you receive any message that the application is launching? Also, is the blue-coloured splash screen visible?
