Photoshop Elements 2021 on Mac OS Sequoia

As I have some troubles with my Photoshop Elements 2021 after I updated to a new MacBook Air M1 and running Mac OS Sequoia 15.3.2, i wonder if the problems is that it simply not can run on that operation system?

Any one knows?
