Photoshop Elements 2021 purchased from Amazon - no download button

Purchased Elements 2021 through Amazon.  Order page shows Redemption Code, but no Download Button.  What is the process for downloading from Adobe site?

Amazon makes it very difficult to find downloads of software that you purchase from them.  But you should be able to download Elements 2021 here.  You can convert your redemption code to a serial number here.  Please confirm that this works for you.  Thanks.
