Photoshop Elements 2021: Startet nicht mehr trotz Anmeldung

Hallo,

seit gestern kann ich in Photoshop Elements 2021 den Foto-Editor nicht mehr starten. Ich werde aufgefordert mich anzumelden (Meldumg: "Anmeldung erforderlich"), was ich auch erfolgreich tue (es erscheint nach der Anmeldung eine entsprechende Meldung im Browser-Fenster), die Software startet aber nicht. 21 Monate ging das einwandfrei, seit gestern aber nicht mehr. Ich bin leider vollkommen ratlos, warum dieses Problem plötzlich auftritt.
Kann mir evtl. hier jemand weiterhelfen? Danke schon mal im Voraus!

The installer tells me, that my serial number ist blocked. I used it, when I installed Elements 2021 in July 21 ( full version, no abo), and my system installed it without any troubles. The Software was working fine, but asked occasionally for a login. That worked also without problems until tha day before yesterday. Since then, I can login, but the software doesn't start. It asks permanently for a login, which I did before. It's just like a vinyl record skipping all the time ...
