photoshop elements 2022

Bonjour,

Acheté en 2022 le programme Phoroshop Elements ne se lance plus. Je suis sur Macos Monterey (12.7.6).
J'avais pourtant fait un achat définitif.
Je vous remercie de me tenir informé si vous avez croisé et résolu ce problème.

I would try a through preferences reset by going to

Macintosh HD/Users/UserName/Library/Preferences

and trashing the following 3 items:

Adobe Photoshop Elements 20 Settings folder

Adobe Photoshop Elements 20 Paths

com.adobe.PhotoshopElements.plist

Have you tried resetting the PSE settings?

- Hold down [Cmd+Alt+Shift] keys while starting PSE Editor.

- In the dialog that opens, click YES.

Did you recently install any operating system updates?

non, pas de message d'erreur, l'icone rebondi puis s'arrête. Pas de mise à jour récente non plus
