Photoshop elements 2022

My copy of photoshop elements 2022 worked fine on a pc windows 10. The pc crashed and i have installed PS elements on a new pc windows 11.

Organizer works fine but the editor does not start and shows a banner saying "the application could nor start properly (0xc000007b). press ok to close the application". I attach a copy of the banner (in french).

Try installing the Creative Cloud Desktop application. It is free and does not require you to subscribe to any other Creative Cloud desktop application. See the instructions here. Then uninstall and install Elements 2022 again.

If that does not work, download and install the Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 package from this link. Download both the x64 and x86 versions of this package.

Thank you for your help. I have performed all the steps you suggested but unfortunately there is no significant changes, the same bannet appears and when I press ok the application starts "loading" for a few seconds before stoping
