    Just dont bother buying this ... there is no easily found direct support ... hopeless hopeless hopeless

    @Nitajk, I have just done a quick Google search as well as looking at the Adobe website for India and it looks like you may be correct that Photoshop Elements cannot be purchased in India.  This is surprising since the program is developed there.  I will seek confirmation from Adobe for you.

      I will be very grateful if you can do that, Greg. I am so upset! I have
      been using Photoshop Elements for over a decade, and the last one I used
      was Elements 2018, and there was no problem buying it in India. After I
      bought my new mac with the M1 chip, Elements 18 did not work so the only
      option I have is to buy Elements 22. But now it seems that I will have to
      say goodbye to Photoshop forever. Buying Premiere Elements on subscription
      is not for me as I use Elements for personal reasons, not professional.

      I am unable to buy Photoshop Elements 2022 from India. They directed me to a reseller but the reseller (after a great deal of follow up) said they only sell subscription based Adobe products. Does this mean that people from India can never buy Elements 2022???

      Thanks for your reply Mohit. I have already contacted the resellers and they only sell Adobe  subscription products. Adobe Photoshop Elements is not subscription based, but a standalone product. It suits my needs as it is for personal use, not professional. Adobe has stopped selling Elements in India and I have confirmed this from resellers as well as from Adobe Help, by actually speaking to them, not once but several times as I could hardly believe they could do this! Anyway, I found a workaround by buying Elements from the Apple store although I had to forgo my discount (I have a previous version). I have no idea why Adobe has stopped the sale of Elements in India but I am sure it is some mysterious long-term strategy.

      I just installed PS Elements 2022 and Premiere Elements 2022. Photo editor works fine, but when I load Organizer, I don't see a cursor. I can't select any menu / submenu, so I can't do anything. I had a similar problem at first with 2020 version but not 2021 version. I suspect it has something to do with the catalogue I imported from 2021 at 2022 install. I'd like to delete it and start over with a new clean catalogue, but I can't access the menu.

      @Randolph II, I don't know whether you are right or not.  But that is certaintly different than the System Requirements on the Adobe website:

      That is why I am wondering. PSE2022 was not avaiable in the app store in recent weeks. may be a fixed version? I don't know either.

      Hopefully a fixed version. Need to download this package, the first one from Adobe didnt work.

      Adobe should be patching Elements 2022 to support macOS12/Monterey asap. The support only says:
      "We do not have such information yet to share. it might be officially compatible in the future release."

       

      How long can it take? Monterey was previewed in the summer and Adobe has probably had access to code way longer.

      Just found PSE2022 in the Apple App Store here in Germany. Looks like it will work with Monterey: "macOS 10.15 or later".

      For me this says in other words: incl. Monterey. Am I right?

      Unable to install Photo Elements 2022. Error msg 199. System Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (all critical updwates current),CPU Intel Core i7 9750H RAM 16.0GB Dual-Channel. Previously installed Elements PSE 14 and PSE 2020. After purchasing and initially attempting to install PSE 2022 without success, have uninstalled previous installed version (2020) using Adobe uninstall & Revo Uninstaller Pro. Removed traces in Registry software. Still receive same error. Screenshots and Install.log attached. Help!

      Hi, I purchased and installed PE2022 a couple of weeks ago, the program looks great when running, just that it takes around 5 minutes to load. I can’t find any other mentions of this in your support section or on the forums. I have no issues with any other software, and to be honest, have never seen a program run like this before. Any ideas please?

      Has PE2022 been tested with MontereyOS?  PE2021 won't run with MontereyOS.  Frustrating!!!

      I installed the trial of elements 2022 and the drop down menus are huge compared to 2021 trial. I do not see any way to adjust this...windows things ...Adobe thing??? Any suggestions would be most welcomed. It is not useable like this.

      I uninstalled and switched to the photo package and am using Photoshop again.
