Photoshop Elements 2022 on macOS 11.6.1 - Loading Patterns, Actions, Fonts

I have an iMac OS Big Sur 11.6.1 and PSE 2022. I'm confused about loading .pat .ttf  .asl .atn and .abr files.  I think if I load them, they will not be in PSE the next time I open PSE.  So I think I have to install the files. Is there a tutorial that will show me how to install on a Mac?  Thank you

You can use the Preset Manager to import and organize presets for Brush, Patterns, Styles, Gradients & Swatches.

Go to Edit > Preset Manager > Add to import supported files.
