Photoshop Elements 2022 shortcut launch issues

Hi Team,

we are facing below issue while launching the shortcut "photo editor" from the "Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022" screen. attaching the snap which we are geting.

After clicking on "Sign in" geting below prompt.

after launching shortcut, every time we are geting same.

we are from application packaging team and need to deploy this application to the wider group and found this issue during testing.

Kindly assist here.

Hi ,
This is a known issue faced on machines running older version of Internet Explorer (Web Browser).

Please follow the steps/solutions listed in the KB Article (https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/update-required.html).
